Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct diagnosis and identification of fungal, bacterial, and viral pathogens affecting various crops in the field and greenhouse settings.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and biosafety protocols.
- Participate in planning and executing field trials, including data collection, observation, and recording of disease progression.
- Analyze collected data using statistical software and prepare detailed research reports or scientific publications.
- Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of plant collections and inoculum production for research purposes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated pest management (IPM) solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Plant Protection, or a related Biological Science field.
- Strong understanding of plant disease symptoms, causal agents, and control measures.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as microscopy, culture isolation, and ELISA.
- Experience with statistical data analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, or Excel) is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in the field under various weather conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
