As we scale our regional expansion, we seek a visionary and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational excellence, drive business growth, and align cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
The Role
The COO will work closely with the CEO, Board, and C-suite leadership to translate company strategy into measurable operational outcomes. You will own key performance indicators across operations, business development, supply chain, and customer experience, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage in a dynamic market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall vision and annual business plan.
- Lead and mentor department heads across Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and Logistics to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Own and manage the P&L for core business units, ensuring profitability and cost-control targets are met.
- Design and refine scalable operational processes to support rapid growth and digital transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.
- Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and strategic alliances to drive long-term growth.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors on KPIs, performance metrics, and strategic progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, ideally in technology, FMCG, or enterprise services.
- Proven track record of scaling operations across multi-regional or multi-country markets.
- Strong P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to deliver business growth and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a history of building high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in digital transformation, change management, and process automation.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred.
