Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business roadmap
- Lead fundraising efforts (Seed to Series A) with venture capital and angel investors
- Build and lead a high-performing technical and product team
- Drive product development from MVP to scalable platform
- Establish key partnerships with banks, regulators, and ecosystem players
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and compliance frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record as founder or C-level executive in tech/finance
- Deep understanding of Indonesian fintech regulations and market
- Exceptional fundraising experience with $500k+ closes
- Expertise in scaling startups from 0 to 100+ employees
- Strong network with Jakarta VC community and banking sector
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
