Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or related roles with proven track record of success
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development objectives
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, including market entry strategies and partnership development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and sales analytics platforms
