Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with company values and community needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, NGOs, government bodies, and stakeholders
- Design, manage, and monitor community development projects in education, environment, and health sectors
- Conduct social impact assessments and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders
- Organize community engagement activities, workshops, and volunteer programs
- Manage CSR budgets and ensure transparent resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR into business operations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community development or CSR roles
- Proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of Indonesian social dynamics and cultural contexts
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Data analysis capabilities with social impact measurement tools
- Certification in CSR or Sustainable Development is advantageous
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent field visits
