Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive occupational healthcare services for mining personnel
- Manage emergency medical responses and trauma cases at remote sites
- Conduct regular health assessments and pre-employment medical screenings
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety protocols
- Monitor and manage occupational disease prevention programs
- Coordinate with medical evacuation services for critical cases
- Maintain accurate medical records and reporting systems
- Train mine staff on first aid and emergency response procedures
Kualifikasi
- S1 in Medicine (Sarjana Kedokteran) with valid STR license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in occupational health
- Certificate in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or equivalent
- Experience working in remote or industrial settings preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
