PT Global Safety Solutions Indonesia, a leading provider of integrated safety and emergency management services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Emergency Response Team (ERT) Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans and procedures for all company facilities and operations.
- Coordinate and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT), including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of response plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain all emergency response equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during emergency incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Investigate and analyze emergency incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver emergency preparedness training programs for all employees.
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and technologies related to emergency management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency response coordination, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
- Certification in Emergency Management (e.g., CEM, FEMA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
