In this critical role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all emergency response activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our personnel and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans and procedures for all company facilities and operations.
  • Coordinate and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT), including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of response plans and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain all emergency response equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during emergency incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Investigate and analyze emergency incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver emergency preparedness training programs for all employees.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and technologies related to emergency management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency response coordination, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
  • Certification in Emergency Management (e.g., CEM, FEMA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
