PT. Global Manufacturing Solutions, sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di bidang manufaktur dan industri, sedang mencari Estimator Biaya Produksi yang berpengalaman untuk mendukung tim kami dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi dan mengurangi biaya operasional.
Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis terkait biaya produksi, analisis efisiensi, dan pengembangan model estimasi yang akurat untuk proyek manufaktur.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production costs for manufacturing projects and products
- Develop and maintain production cost estimation models and methodologies
- Monitor and track actual production costs against estimated figures
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, reports, and presentations for management
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate cost estimates
- Update cost estimation models as production processes and market conditions change
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in production cost estimation or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized estimation tools)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong numerical skills and understanding of financial principles
