Tanggung Jawab
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting (IFRS standards)
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Oversee tax compliance and optimize tax strategies
- Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) mandatory
- Expertise in IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams (5+ years)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
