Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and align heavy machinery according to technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings (blueprints, schematics)
- Ensure compliance with OHS safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize machinery performance
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an industrial fitter
- Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Vocational Education
- Expertise in hydraulic/pneumatic systems and welding (SMAW certification preferred)
- Proficiency in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and material science
- Ability to read technical documentation in Indonesian and English
- Physical stamina for working in elevated/indoor environments
- Valid SIOK (Surat Izin Kerja) certification
