Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks) under safety protocols
- Perform site preparation and land clearing activities
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
- Execute blasting operations with precision (if certified)
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Participate in shift handover documentation
- Support emergency response drills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA technical education
- 2+ years mining equipment operation experience
- Certified in heavy machinery operation (valid SIM C/D)
- Basic knowledge of mining safety standards
- Physical fitness for outdoor/hard conditions
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to relocate to mining site
