Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement advanced electrical systems for industrial facilities and renewable energy projects
- Lead technical teams in PLC programming, SCADA systems integration, and automation solutions
- Conduct power system analysis, load flow studies, and fault calculations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Indonesian SNI standards
- Develop project documentation including schematics, P&IDs, and technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in electrical infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana (S1) or Magister (S2) in Electrical Engineering from accredited university
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial electrical systems design
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certification in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) or power systems protection
- Strong understanding of Indonesian electrical codes and safety standards
- Experience with renewable energy integration (solar/wind)
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
