Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and document preventive maintenance schedules for critical machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Overhaul equipment and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex repair projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial maintenance
- Certification in PLC programming or CMMS systems preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for electromechanical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and maintenance planning software
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
