Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for industrial machinery
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures using root cause analysis techniques
- Overhaul critical rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines)
- Implement predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for equipment upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and asset management systems
- Ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance methodologies
- Certification in CMRP or Reliability Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software and maintenance management systems
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
