PT. Teknologi Industri Terpadu (TIT) mencari Insinyur Sistem & Metode Kerja Industri yang berpengalaman untuk membantu kami meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas di industri kami.
Sebagai Insinyur Sistem & Metode Kerja Industri, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem operasional yang optimal. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim teknis dan manajemen untuk mengidentifikasi area yang dapat ditingkatkan dan mengembangkan solusi yang berbasis data untuk meningkatkan kinerja proses industri.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current industrial processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement system improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various industrial operations
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and reduce waste
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Develop training programs and documentation for standard work procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and engineering
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and make adjustments as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar roles
- Proven experience in process optimization and workflow analysis
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience with time and motion studies and productivity measurement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and industrial software applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
