Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute warehouse optimization strategies reducing operational costs by 20% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams including inventory, logistics, and quality control specialists
- Implement WMS systems and digital transformation initiatives for real-time inventory tracking
- Ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting and audit protocols
- Manage safety compliance exceeding OSHA standards with zero-accident culture
- Coordinate with customs authorities for seamless import/export operations
- Mentor senior staff and develop leadership pipeline programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years warehouse management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma or Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for international operations
- Expertise in Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Experience managing 10,000m²+ facilities with 40+ staff
