PT Energi Mandiri Nusantara, a leading energy and fuel distribution company based in Jakarta, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead of Fuel to oversee and optimize our end-to-end fuel supply chain operations. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability across our fuel procurement, storage, distribution, and retail networks.
As the Lead of Fuel, you will be responsible for driving innovation in fuel logistics, managing key supplier relationships, and leading a multidisciplinary team to meet the growing energy demands of Indonesia's dynamic market. You will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's fuel strategy for the next decade.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the company's comprehensive fuel procurement, storage, and distribution strategy to ensure uninterrupted supply and cost efficiency.
- Lead and manage the fuel operations team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with fuel suppliers, transporters, and regulatory bodies to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Oversee fuel quality control processes, ensuring all products meet national and international standards (SNI, ISO, and government regulations).
- Monitor market trends, fuel pricing dynamics, and geopolitical factors to proactively adjust procurement and pricing strategies.
- Manage fuel inventory across depots and terminals, optimizing stock levels to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within fuel operations, including the implementation of ERP systems and real-time monitoring tools.
- Prepare and present quarterly performance reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in fuel operations, supply chain management, or energy sector leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or M.Eng) is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian fuel regulations, including BPH Migas policies, SNI standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale fuel procurement contracts and supplier negotiations worth billions of rupiah.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ personnel.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with government agencies, partners, and internal executives.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent are a strong advantage.
