Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and ensure smooth production ramp-up.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Experience with process simulation and optimization tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
