Tanggung Jawab
- Produce high-quality furniture pieces according to technical specifications and design blueprints
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (saws, sanders, lathes) with precision
- Apply traditional and modern finishing techniques to achieve premium surface quality
- Conduct quality inspections at each production stage to ensure excellence
- Collaborate with design teams to prototype new furniture collections
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized workspace conditions
- Train junior staff on specialized woodworking techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in furniture manufacturing or carpentry
- Proficiency in traditional wood joinery techniques (mortise-tenon, dovetail)
- Certification in industrial machinery operation (preferred)
- Deep understanding of wood characteristics (teak, mahogany, rattan)
- Portfolio showcasing finished furniture pieces (required)
- Physical stamina for extended standing and manual tasks
- Attention to detail with zero tolerance for imperfections
- Ability to read technical drawings and material specifications
