- Produce high-quality wooden furniture using hand tools and CNC machinery
- Apply traditional carving, sanding, and finishing techniques
- Assemble furniture components with precision joinery
- Conduct quality control inspections at production stages
- Maintain clean and safe workshop environment
- Collaborate with design team on prototype development
- Train junior craftsmen in traditional techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in furniture manufacturing
- Expertise in wood carving, sanding, and finishing
- Proficient with hand tools (chisels, planes) and power tools
- Knowledge of wood types and sustainable materials
- Portfolio showcasing finished furniture pieces
- Certification in safety protocols (K3) preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical stamina for standing tasks and manual labor
