Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy excavation equipment (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and efficiency
- Execute earthmoving operations for building foundations, utility trenches, and land grading
- Interpret technical blueprints and site plans for accurate excavation execution
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA-equivalent safety standards and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with surveyors and construction teams for seamless project integration
- Document daily operations and maintain equipment logs for reporting
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional excavation experience in construction projects
- Certification for operating heavy equipment (excavator, bulldozer) mandatory
- Valid SIM C (heavy vehicle license) required
- Deep understanding of soil types and excavation techniques
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
- Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
