Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain gaharu trees according to traditional and organic farming methods
- Monitor and manage growth cycles, ensuring optimal conditions for gaharu development
- Harvest and process gaharu products with proper handling techniques
- Apply sustainable farming practices and maintain detailed farm records
- Work with traditional knowledge while incorporating modern agricultural innovations
- Collaborate with research teams to improve cultivation techniques and yields
- Ensure quality control of harvested gaharu products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gaharu farming or similar tropical agriculture
- Deep understanding of traditional gaharu cultivation methods and cultural significance
- Knowledge of organic farming practices and environmental sustainability
- Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain detailed farm documentation
- Physical stamina and ability to work in tropical outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of plant pathology and pest management
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new farming technologies and techniques
- Experience with quality control and product standardization
