Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and cultivate nutmeg orchards according to organic farming standards
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management systems
- Coordinate harvesting and post-harvest processing activities
- Maintain farm equipment and irrigation systems
- Document production data and quality metrics
- Participate in cooperative decision-making meetings
- Mentor junior farming staff in traditional techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in spice cultivation
- Certification in sustainable agriculture (preferred)
- Knowledge of nutmeg propagation and harvesting techniques
- Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Basic literacy for record-keeping
- Commitment to cooperative principles
- Valid pesticide handling license (if applicable)
- Resident of Banda or surrounding areas
