Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain swiftlet nest buildings for optimal nesting conditions
- Implement biosecurity protocols and disease prevention measures
- Coordinate nest harvesting and quality control procedures
- Manage building environmental systems (temperature, humidity, acoustics)
- Train junior staff on swiftlet behavior and farming techniques
- Track production metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team on premium nest product development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in bird's nest farming management
- Deep understanding of swiftlet behavior and nesting patterns
- Certification in avian husbandry or wildlife management preferred
- Strong analytical skills for environmental system optimization
- Proven track record in sustainable farming practices
- Ability to work in rural environments with irregular hours
- Valid Indonesian agricultural practice certification
