Tanggung Jawab
- General Care & Grooming: Perform daily grooming, hoof care, and bathing to maintain the pristine condition of racing and polo horses.
- Feeding & Nutrition: Manage and prepare specialized diets to ensure optimal health and stamina for competitions.
- Racing Preparation: Assist in the physical conditioning and training routines of Kuda Pacu, including cardio and agility exercises.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and record vital signs, detect illnesses early, and administer first aid or coordinate with veterinarians.
- Stable Management: Ensure stables are clean, safe, and organized; manage hay, straw, and equipment inventory.
- Breeding Program Support: Assist in breeding management, foal monitoring, and early development care.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in horse breeding, care, or training, specifically with racing or polo horses.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of horse anatomy, behavior, and the specific characteristics of the Deli horse breed.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50kg) and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid SIM A (Motorcycle) is required for transport within the facility.
- Communication: Fluent in Indonesian with professional English proficiency is a plus.
