Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and manage bee colonies in accordance with best practices and industry standards
- Monitor and control bee health, disease prevention, and treatment when necessary
- Harvest honey and process raw honey into marketable products
- Ensure proper maintenance of beehives, equipment, and apiary infrastructure
- Implement sustainable beekeeping practices and environmental conservation measures
- Document daily operations, record hive conditions, and track honey production metrics
- Participate in quality control processes and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a beekeeper or equivalent in apiculture
- Knowledge of bee biology, behavior, and hive management techniques
- Proficiency in handling beekeeping equipment and tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to animal welfare
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of beekeeping regulations and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in rural areas and maintain long hours when needed
