About the Role

Tanggung Jawab
- Schedule Optimization: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure optimal use of resources and timely delivery.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality control, and production teams to align planning activities.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and recommend adjustments to meet changing demand forecasts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels to support production continuity.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and KPIs for management review.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and production delays, proposing solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Education: S1/S2 in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing environment; MRP/APICS certification is a plus.
