Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
- Generate daily/weekly production reports and KPI dashboards for management review
- Manage production order lifecycle from creation to completion with strict adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve production discrepancies and maintain product standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and trends
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
