Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement with suppliers
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Prepare capacity planning reports and adjust production plans based on real-time data
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Optimize resource utilization (labor, machinery, materials) for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or PPIC roles
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
