Tanggung Jawab
- Operate recovery vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond to roadside assistance calls promptly.
- Perform on-site vehicle assessments and determine the appropriate recovery method.
- Secure and transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on recovery equipment.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service during recovery operations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driving license (minimum Class B II).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle recovery or towing.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and recovery techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
