Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Install, assemble, and commission new mechanical components and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on project requirements and technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Experience with various hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
