Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across warehouse, distribution, and plant facilities in Jakarta.
- Manage a team of junior operators, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all machinery, equipment, and systems are operated safely and in compliance with SOPs and OSHA-equivalent regulations.
- Monitor production KPIs including throughput, downtime, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings, equipment inspections, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale operations, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with strong mentoring capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment operation, industrial safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for operational tracking and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Hold valid certifications such as SIO (Sertifikat Izin Operator) and K3 prioritize safety and minimize operational risks.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams to identify and solve complex operational challenges.
