Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute vertical shaft sinking operations with precision engineering methodologies
- Manage blasting sequences and ground stabilization techniques in unstable geological formations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including geologists, drill operators, and safety inspectors
- Implement real-time monitoring systems for structural integrity and worker safety
- Optimize drilling equipment performance and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Develop emergency response protocols for high-risk underground scenarios
- Ensure compliance with national mining regulations and international safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years of specialized experience in shaft sinking operations
- Professional certification in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering
- Expertise in drill & blast techniques for vertical shaft construction
- Proficiency with shaft sinking software (e.g., Vulcan, Surpac)
- Strong leadership skills managing high-risk field operations
- Valid Sertifikasi K3 Umum (General Safety Certification)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and technical English
- Proven track record in Kalimantan mining projects preferred
