Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum alignment with national standards and institutional goals
- Analyze academic performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive instructional innovations
- Coordinate teacher training programs and workshops for curriculum implementation
- Manage digital curriculum resources and learning management systems
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate interdisciplinary learning approaches
- Prepare comprehensive curriculum reports for accreditation and quality assurance
- Lead curriculum review cycles and update academic materials
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in curriculum administration or educational planning
- Proficiency in curriculum mapping software and LMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in Educational Technology or Curriculum Design (advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian national education regulations (Permendikbud)
