Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed quantity surveys and progress measurements for civil structures using advanced surveying equipment
- Generate comprehensive progress reports and variance analyses against project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize material allocation and resource scheduling
- Verify contractor claims and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Conduct site inspections to validate actual progress against engineering drawings
- Prepare monthly progress reports with photographic documentation and measurement data
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve measurement discrepancies
- Implement BIM-based quantity surveying methodologies for enhanced accuracy
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatic Engineering, or Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or progress measurement
- Proficiency in total stations, GPS equipment, and surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Certification in quantity surveying or construction project management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Experience with infrastructure or high-rise construction projects
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and SNI standards
