Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using advanced tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush
- Optimize website architecture, crawl budgets, and indexation strategies
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve JavaScript rendering and mobile-friendliness issues
- Build and manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and hreflang implementations
- Develop international SEO strategies for multilingual Indonesian markets
- Create automated reporting dashboards tracking algorithm updates and ranking factors
- Mentor junior SEO specialists through our Knowledge Sharing Program
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hands-on technical SEO experience with proven ranking improvements
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs
- Advanced understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and server configurations
- Certification in Google Analytics, Technical SEO, or similar (e.g., HubSpot, Yoast)
- Experience with large-scale e-commerce or news websites
- Fluency in Indonesian and business-level English
