Tanggung Jawab
- Maintenance and repair of water wheel (kincir air) circulation systems in aquaculture ponds
- Monitoring water quality parameters (pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature) and adjusting systems accordingly
- Calibrating and optimizing water flow rates to ensure optimal oxygenation and waste removal
- Documenting maintenance activities and preparing technical reports for management
- Collaborating with aquaculture specialists to troubleshoot system inefficiencies
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Training junior technicians on proper water wheel operation and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- SMA/SMK Teknik Mesin or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in aquaculture equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair skills
- Basic understanding of water quality parameters in aquatic systems
- Certification in electrical safety (K3 Listrik) preferred
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Physical fitness for outdoor work in pond environments
- Valid SIM and willingness to travel to facility locations
