Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during system shutdowns
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO standards
- Train junior technicians on maintenance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Certified in OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures
- Strong analytical skills with troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-call duties
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication
