Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily waste collection and disposal operations to ensure complete coverage and adherence to scheduled routes.
- Sorting & Recycling: Monitor waste sorting processes to maximize recycling efficiency and minimize landfill waste.
- Maintenance & Safety: Conduct routine inspections of waste collection vehicles and compactor machinery to ensure operational safety and functionality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations (EHS) on-site to protect employees and the public.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of waste volume, collection logs, and report any maintenance issues or safety incidents immediately.
- Community Engagement: Educate local residents and community leaders on proper waste segregation and environmental hygiene practices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and waste bags, ensuring timely restocking.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Environmental Technology, Sanitation, or related fields.
- Licensure: Valid SIM A driving license is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, sanitation, or waste management; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot/humid) and perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of environmental regulations, waste processing techniques, and safety protocols.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the public and team members.
