Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect incoming raw materials and component parts against engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize precision measurement tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and document non-conformities in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality tests.
- Coordinate with production teams to address immediate quality deviations.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) for new or modified parts.
- Recommend corrective actions to prevent future defects.
- Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) on engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to report findings clearly.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality assurance procedures.
