Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables; coordinate procurement as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to optimize workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced industrial setting.
