Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and optimize server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees
- Manage network security protocols and access controls
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in IT support/system administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and security protocols
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Certification (CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
