Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, or Microsoft Power Apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Integrate low-code applications with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security best practices to maintain high-quality software standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user manuals, and API specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest low-code development trends, tools, and methodologies, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in low-code development using platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and experience with SQL queries and data modeling.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API integration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems Associate Developer, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus.
