We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuningan, Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the production engineering department, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to resolve production issues and launch new products successfully.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and capital expenditure projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and industry trends, recommending and integrating advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in production engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and managing complex production projects from concept to completion.
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and production equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
