Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent management strategies including succession planning and career pathing
- Develop innovative training methodologies (e-learning, workshops, coaching)
- Analyze skill gaps and create targeted upskilling initiatives
- Measure ROI of development programs through KPI tracking
- Foster cross-functional collaboration for organizational development
- Mentor HRD team members and champion change management
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in HR, Psychology, or Organizational Development
- 5+ years progressive HRD leadership experience
- Strong expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design
- Proven track record in talent management and performance systems
- Advanced certification in HRD or Organizational Development (e.g., CLO, SHRM-SCP)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
