Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive labor relations strategies aligned with Indonesian regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employee representatives
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations and maintain current labor agreements
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts through mediation and formal grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security (BPJS), and company policies
- Conduct training sessions for managers on labor relations best practices
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting labor relations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management, or Industrial Relations (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations within manufacturing sector
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and social security systems
- Certification in Labor Relations or Conflict Resolution preferred
- Proven track record in collective bargaining negotiations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
