Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive labor relations strategies aligned with Indonesian regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employee representatives
  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations and maintain current labor agreements
  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts through mediation and formal grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security (BPJS), and company policies
  • Conduct training sessions for managers on labor relations best practices
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting labor relations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management, or Industrial Relations (S1)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations within manufacturing sector
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and social security systems
  • Certification in Labor Relations or Conflict Resolution preferred
  • Proven track record in collective bargaining negotiations
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
