Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy data retrieval
- Assist in employee onboarding processes and HR documentation
- Prepare professional reports and presentations as requested

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
